Winter Weather Workouts!!


Happy Monday Warriors!!
Now that you've over-indulged this weekend from Super Bowl parties, head on over to Exhale Fitness Studio Co. where we're sweat'n it off/out 30 times per week!! With 30 classes to chose from and a 5300sqft facility, you're sure to benefit from the Britany Allison Method!!

Winter weather doesn't mean you have to skip the gym and grab your snuggie; in fact, it means you should go "hard" and transform your mind, body, and soul before the spring season hits. Here are a few winter workout tips:

1.) Create a workout Log: it's always best to have a plan before you hit the gym. Know what you want to do before you even put on your kicks(sneakers). Even if you only have 30 minutes to workout, know before-hand exactly what YOU NEED to get done.

2.) After you complete your workout, check it off your to-d-list; you will feel accomplished and satisfied.

3.) STRETCH!!! Burr it's cold out there and your muscles feel every bit of that winter temp!! Be sure to stretch daily even if you don't workout on that day, take a few moments and get some quality stretches in especially in the morning when first stepping out of bed. The stretches will get the body warm even before you hit the shower and send solid chemicals to your brain which will get your day off to a much better start.
